Established in 1996, EATCO is a holding investment partnership company engaged in energy, petrochemicals and industrial development activities.
EATCO is managed by its joint partner and founder, Mr. Yehya El-Komi, who holds full authority to represent the company, sign contracts, commitments, and conduct all business transactions with banks and third parties. He may delegate such authority as needed.
As a private holding investment partnership, EATCO follows best practices in corporate governance aligned with Egyptian laws (Companies Law No. 159/1981 and related regulations), focusing on efficient decision-making, transparency in operations, and protection of stakeholder interests.
